6:00 Second Phase Crew Comes Through

A few hours later in the afternoon the next phase of workers makes their way through the Rebuild Zone....sliding the new ties into place...sweeping them off, sliding the alignment plates into position while raising the rails once again, and finally the tamper comes through pulling the rails into proper position and drives in the spikes...in about 5 seconds a spike!
