Monday Night National Mall Monument Tour

On a cool and rainy night....there were very few people outside "sightseeing" which was great for me in that I could finally get some clean images of there great, historical monuments without a lot of noise, commotion and bodies cluttering things up! Just us and the National Parks Service Guards.
